AMAZON SUPERFOODS VEGAN "JUNGLE" BANANA NUT BREAD WITH MACA, MORINGA, CACAO, MACAMBO AND SACHA INCHI

Banana Nut Bread with Maca, Moringa & Cacao Powder and Macambo & Sacha Inchi Nuts
Ingredients:

3 tbsp of Amazon Superfoods Cacao Powder

1/4 cup of Coconut Nectar
-
1 tbsp of Flax Seed with 3 tbsp of Water
-
1/4 cup Amazon Superfoods Maca Powder
-
½ tsp Baking Powder
-
2 tbsp Maple Syrup (Vegan) or Raw Organic Honey (Non-Vegan)

1 tsp Cinnamon
-
4 Ripe Bananas
-
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
-
½ cup of Cashew Butter
-
½ tsp of Baking Soda
-
1 tsp of Cinnamon
-
4 tbsp of Coconut oil
-
2 tbsp of Amazon Superfoods Moringa Powder
-
¼ Cup of Amazon Superfoods Macambo Nuts, crushed
-
¼ Cup of Amazon Superfoods Sacha Inchi Nuts, crushed
Preparations:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees or 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil then line the middle with parchment paper. It will make it easier to remove the bread from the pan without breaking apart.

In a large bowl, mix together bananas, Amazon Superfoods raw Cacao Powder, coconut nectar, vanilla extract, flax seed with water, and cashew butter.

Then add Amazon Superfoods Maca powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and pink Andean salt and mix well.

In a small bowl, add oil, maple syrup, Amazon Superfoods Moringa Powder, cinnamon, and Amazon Superfoods Macambo and Sacha Inchi Nuts. Mix well.

Incorporate both mixes together until mixed well.

Pour the batter into your baking dish. Place on a baking sheet.

Place in the pre-heated oven to bake for 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven, place on a cooling rack and let rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
