For a Superfoods bowl top it with a choice of the following healthy ingredients if available: different nuts (Sacha Inchi seeds/nuts, Macambo nuts, walnuts, pistachios, hazel nuts, macadamia, almonds, unsalted peanuts, cashew, Brazil nut, pecan, etc.); blueberries, blackberries, raspberries; pieces of strawberries & mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, kiwi, etc.; seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, flax), coconut flakes, cereals (corn flakes, granola, rice krispies, roasted rye, etc.).
Enjoy tremendously. Not only for a power breakfast but at all times during the day for the overall well-being of the whole family.
Regarding school children, parents would give them the best possible start of the day by preparing a Superfoods bowl topped by their favourite breakfast cereal like; fruit loops, cheerios, frosted flakes, captain crunch etc., in spite of the high white sugar content. But anyway much healthier than just a bowl of processed milk.
