AMAZON SUPERFOODS CACAO, MACAMBO, MACA & SACHA INCHI GRANOLA BARS

Amazon Superfoods, Raw Cacao & Maca Powder and Macambo & Sacha Inchi Nuts Granola Bars
Completely dairy-free, gluten-free and packed with plant-based protein to keep your body and mind nourished and energized throughout the day.
Ingredients:

2 cups of Raw Oats

1 cup of Amazon Superfoods Macambo Nuts, crushed

¼ tbsp of Pink Andean or Himalayan salt

2 tbsp of Coconut Oil or Sacha Inchi oil
-
½ tbsp of Vanilla Extract
-
1 cup of Shredded Coconut
-
2 tbsp of Almond Butter
-
3 tbsp of Amazon Superfoods Cacao Powder
-
½ cup of Maple Syrup
-
3 tbsp of Amazon Superfoods Maca Powder
Preparation:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius. Line an 8x8-inch or 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides. Set this aside.

Spread oats, shredded coconut, and crushed Amazon Superfoods Macambo Nuts onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Transfer baking sheet to your pre-heated oven and toast the mixture for 8-10 minutes, stirring once halfway through the cooking time. Remove from the oven and transfer the mixture a large bowl. Stir in the Amazon Superfoods Cacao Powder and salt. Set this aside.

Meanwhile, combine with maple syrup, coconut oil or Sacha Inch oil, almond butter and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring until completely smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Amazon Superfoods Maca Powder. While the mixture is still warm, pour it over the toasted oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Dump the granola mixture into your parchment paper-lined baking pan and using your hands or a spatula, press the granola mixture down firmly and evenly into the pan. Transfer the baking pan back to your pre-heated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the baking pan and let the granola bars cool to room temperature. Then transfer the pan to your refrigerator for 1-2 hours to chill and set the granola bars.

Lift the granola bars out of the banking pan using the overhanging parchment paper sides. Cut into squares or bars.
